Psychotherapy & Psycho-educational Services
Clinical Services: Clinical services offered at the Fowler Institute include individual psychotherapy (for children, adolescents, and adults), family therapy, couples/marital therapy, group therapy, and psycho-educational groups. Types of problems addressed include:

Non-Clinical Services: Non-clinical services offered at the Fowler Institute address a variety of needs by using positive psychology to capitalize on individuals’ existing strengths and skills. Non-clinical services can be offered to groups or individuals and include:
- Performance enhancement (e.g., academic, work, or athletic improvement)
- Life transitions (e.g., college adjustment, work adjustment, relocation, retirement)
- Lifestyle change
- Relaxation training and stress reduction
- Wellness
- Problem solving/communication skills
